NOMADA Global Living Design is a full-service interior design company providing design consultation & project management for both residential and commercial projects.
Many of our projects involve remodeling and specifying full furnishing & accessories packages, ranging from a single room to a whole house.
With a strong passion for excellent design & customer experiences, we offer design while providing flexible design services to a wider range of budgets and clientele.
Our goal is to create spaces that will elevate our client’s lifestyles. We want our spaces not to reflect our clients’ personalities but to make their lives easier.
We do that through careful and honest guidance, getting to know our clients, interpreting needs, problem-solving, and masterfully executing your vision; taking care of the tiniest details.

A General Framework of The Design Process

We meet on site and determine your needs and how to bring your personality to the space, define scope and discuss preliminary concepts, ideas and potential budget range. It is the start to a full service project.

A document outlining scope of work, minimum estimated hours and design fees, payment schedule, terms and conditions. Once signed, the design process begins.

On site measuring, planning and brain-storming with you and who will be involved in your project. Gathering as much info about the space for inspiration and execution.

A meeting in the space with you to present a full overview of your project with floorplans, inspiration images, preliminary items and costs, and project plan. Review of project scope, any change orders and adjustment to budgets.

We source all source materials and furnishing samples, create construction documents, collect all quotes from trades and vendors, and create a preliminary budget. Rendering services for room visualization available.
Track all purchases that arrive at our warehouse, inspect for damages, tagged and held for installation day.

The big day after all construction is complete, where we arrive with our white gloves delivery service and install all furnishings, accessories, and accents and style your home to perfection. We do a reveal and walk through.
